Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD DUBAI FOR LUBRICANTS 20+ years experience Operations Manager Lubricant & Grease Manufacturing Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Industry-Grease& Lubricants Department: Operations Reports To: Managing Director / Senior Management Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate overall plant operations across Procurement, Stores & Warehousing, Logistics & Dispatch, Maintenance, Engineering, Utilities and HSE. The role will ensure material availability, equipment readiness, operational efficiency, cost control, safety and timely customer deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day plant operations and coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams. Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, equipment and logistics. Oversee procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, supplier performance and material planning. Manage logistics, export dispatches, container bookings, transporter coordination and vessel schedules. Drive preventive/predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, critical spares and breakdown reduction. Ensure uninterrupted utilities and optimize energy and infrastructure costs. Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, PPE, emergency response and UAE regulatory requirements. Drive cost reduction in procurement, inventory, logistics, maintenance, utilities, wastage and manpower. Monitor operational KPIs including OTIF, inventory accuracy, equipment uptime, breakdown hours, maintenance cost, logistics cost and safety performance. Strengthen SAP Business One processes, operational dashboards and cross-functional systems. Lead department heads and supervisors, establish accountability and drive continuous improvement. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field. 1020 years of manufacturing experience, including plant operations leadership. Experience in lubricants, grease, chemicals, petrochemicals, automotive fluids or process manufacturing is mandatory. Strong exposure to procurement, warehouse, logistics, maintenance, production support and HSE. ERP experience required; SAP Business One knowledge is an advantage. Strong understanding of inventory management, supply-chain planning, preventive maintenance and operational cost control.
