Job Description : Head of HR /HR Director— Dubai,UAE A leading company is looking for a Head of HR to join immediately in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a UAE-based HR leader with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, having started their career as an HR Generalist and developed strong expertise in Strategic HR leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for a future-focused HR professional to lead the people function of a medium-sized organization with an advanced HR automation and digital transformation agenda. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the organization’s HR strategy in alignment with business and organizational goals. Lead the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. Manage HR operations, policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE labor regulations. Design and implement performance management systems, KPIs, appraisal processes, and succession planning. Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives. Develop and oversee learning, training, and professional development programs. Strengthen employee engagement, culture, communication, and retention strategies. Manage employee relations and provide trusted HR guidance to management and employees. Drive organizational design, change management, and HR transformation initiatives. Lead the implementation and optimization of HR technology, automation, analytics, and digital workflows. Ensure HR policies and practices support a high-performing, accountable, and future-ready organization. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including substantial experience in the UAE. Strong background as an HR Generalist, combined with senior-level Strategic HR experience. Proven experience leading HR in a medium-sized organization. Strong understanding of UAE employment practices and labor regulations. Demonstrated expertise in performance management, employee relations, training, talent management, and organizational development. Experience with HR automation, HRIS implementation, people analytics, or digital HR transformation. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance hands-on HR operations with long-term strategic planning. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
