V.A.T. Manager

Job Description : VAT Specialist for an Organization in the Sultanate of Oman, who will manage VAT implementation strategies and compliance. Reporting to the CFO, the selected candidate will work closely with the Group’s accounting and IT teams to coordinate tax return filings and other VAT-related matters. Candidates must possess technical expertise in indirect tax and be able to demonstrate the ability to identify and manage tax risks. The ideal candidate will act as the day-to-day contact between different departments and will assist with VAT advisory matters and compliance. In addition the selected candidate will be given additional responsibilities of managing the MIS, provide substantial reports on all aspects of business, operational costs, marketing costs, sales performance, ROI and so on.
