I am continuing to support an excellent UAE real estate developer with the appointment of a Senior HR Manager. • AED 40,000–50,000 per month, dependent on experience (Potentially higher for the right person) • Overseeing the full HR function with the support of a small team • Broad HR generalist position covering all areas of the employee lifecycle • Senior role that remains operational and hands-on • Excellent opportunity to join a growing developer with genuine progression potential The successful candidate must be a strong HR generalist who is comfortable leading the function while remaining closely involved in day-to-day delivery. Direct real estate developer experience is essential.
