Job Description : HEAD OF COMMERCIAL | NAIROBI We’re looking for a senior healthcare/pharmaceutical commercial leader who knows how to turn a portfolio into revenue, margin and market growth. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role covering: ???? OTC + Rx commercialization ???? Pharmacy, wholesale & trade channels ??????? HCP & hospital/KAM engagement ???? P&L, pricing, forecasting & revenue growth ???? Sales + Marketing team leadership ???? E-commerce & emerging channels Our commercial engine spans pharmacy sell-in, counter recommendations, HCP detailing of nutraceuticals, consumer brand-building, e-commerce — and soon gyms and supplement retail. We’re looking for someone with 10+ years in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare or healthcare distribution, including significant senior commercial leadership in Kenya. If you have led both OTC and Rx portfolios and can demonstrate real commercial growth, we want to hear from you.
