Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) ???? Location: Mumbai ???? Experience: 20–25 Years ???? Qualification: CA We are looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of this high-growth, capital-intensive business. ???? Key Responsibilities • Lead financial strategy, budgeting and long-term capacity expansion planning • Drive debt/equity financing and project finance for large-scale capex programs • Own P&L, cash flow, balance sheet and financial performance • Develop manufacturing costing and unit-economics models • Lead Board, investor and senior management reporting • Ensure IND-AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax and RBI/FEMA compliance • Drive working capital, inventory finance and cost optimization • Partner with Supply Chain on raw-material costs, hedging and vendor financing • Evaluate PLI benefits, incentives and customs/duty optimization • Build and lead a high-performing finance & accounts team ???? Ideal Candidate ? 18+ of progressive finance leadership experience ? CA ? Strong background in large manufacturing Company ? Strong P&L, treasury, working capital and manufacturing finance expertise ? Board-level stakeholder and investor management experience ? Candidates from large-scale manufacturing organizations with ?5,000 Cr+ revenue are preferred
