Job Description : HEAD OF HR / HR DIRECTOR | DUBAI UAE A leading organisation in Dubai is looking for an experienced Head of HR / HR Director to join immediately. Location: Dubai, UAE Joining: Immediate preferred Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience We’re looking for a UAE-based HR leader who has built their career from an HR Generalist foundation into a strong Strategic HR leadership role. The Opportunity This is a hands-on senior HR leadership position within a medium-sized organisation with an ambitious agenda around HR automation, technology and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives • Lead the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding • Oversee HR operations, policies and UAE Labour Law compliance • Drive performance management, KPIs, appraisals and succession planning • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and organisational development • Oversee learning, training and professional development • Strengthen employee engagement, culture, communication and retention • Manage employee relations and provide trusted HR advice to leadership • Lead organisational design, change management and HR transformation • Drive HRIS, automation, people analytics and digital HR initiatives Ideal Profile 10+ years of HR experience, including substantial UAE experience Strong HR Generalist foundation with senior Strategic HR exposure Proven experience leading HR within a medium-sized organisation Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and labour regulations Expertise across ER, performance, talent, L&D and organisational development Experience with HR automation, HRIS, people analytics or digital transformation Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills Able to balance hands-on HR operations with strategic leadership Immediate joiners are preferred
