Job Description : CFO SPAIN A rapidly growing multinational company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance department from its offices in León. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the group's financial stability, combining a strategic business vision with hands-on management of day-to-day operations. Functions Lead and coordinate the Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Management Control teams, promoting their development and ensuring the proper functioning of the area. Supervise accounting, financial closings, preparation of annual accounts, budgets, financial statements and management indicators. Define the company's financial strategy, identifying opportunities for growth, investment, and resource optimization. Control the treasury, financing and relationships with financial entities, external advisors and auditors. Analyze economic deviations and propose corrective actions that contribute to the continuous improvement of the business. Actively participate in the company's strategic planning, contributing a financial perspective to expansion projects, new businesses, and corporate development. Report periodically to the General Management and the Board, providing reliable financial information for decision-making. Requirements We are looking for a university graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least seven years of proven experience in senior financial management positions, including prior experience as a Chief Financial Officer. Experience in holding company structures, companies with an international presence, and experience at Big Four firms will be highly valued. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Business Central and an intermediate level of English are also desirable. Experience leading teams and a strong technical foundation in accounting, taxation, and financial planning combined with a clear strategic focus will be key.
