Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER | NIGERIA ???????? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Pilling– Civil for a Permanent position in Nigeria. ???? Position: Project Manager – Civil ???? Qualification: B.Tech – Civil Engineering ???? Experience: 20+ Years ???? Location: Nigeria ???????? ???? Nature of Job: Permanent ???? Duty: 10 Hours / 6 Days Working ???? Key Responsibilities:• Manage and supervise overall civil construction activities at site.• Handle Precast & Cast-in-Situ Manholes, CRWS/OWS, Catch Basins, Box Culverts, Fire Water Sleepers, Precast Beams, etc.• Oversee RCC Fire Water & Storm Water Reservoirs, Underground Pump Houses, Crude Tank Pump Foundations, Flare Stack Foundations, Sour Flare K.O. Drum Foundations, etc.• Coordinate with clients, consultants, design teams, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.• Ensure timely execution of projects as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.• Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and contractors’ bills.• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for construction.• Conduct quality inspections and ensure implementation of safety measures at site.• Review civil and electrical drawings to avoid mismatches and rework.• Coordinate weekly/monthly project review meetings and monthly safety meetings.• Monitor project progress, contractor performance, material availability, and timely completion.• Coordinate with management regarding project progress, contractor payments, and resource requirements.
