Job Description : RETAIL HEAD a Leading Retail Chain of Supermarkets with Several Branches in African Countries and Asia is Recruiting for a General Manager ( Retail & Food Production ). The GM will have End to end Techno - commercial Responsibility for the Supermarket/ Retail Chains business, driving sales, profitability and operational excellence, supply chain, category management and expansion. The role requires strong commercial leadership, with hands on experience in food processing, Bakery and Fresh perishable categories , while exposure to meat processing/ Butchery will be an added advantage. Main Responsibilities Retail and commercial management Food processing and Fresh Operations Category management and merchandising Procurement and Supply Chain Management Financial and P/L management Quality, Food safety and Compliance Expansion and Team Leadership Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Food Production/ Food Science/ Operations/ Business Management 15-20 years of overall experience with 5 years at senior Management levels at Retail Chains, Food production department Location Togo / Kinshasa ( Africa) Salary: USD 7000 USD Nett + Expatriates benefits
