Experience: 20+ years of overall experience in Injectables Manufacturing Operations ???? Must have strong experience in end-to-end plant operations and manufacturing management ???? Candidates should have worked with reputed pharmaceutical companies manufacturing regulated-market injectable products ???? Strong exposure to GMP, regulatory compliance, quality systems, productivity, cost optimization, and operational excellence ???? Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams ???? Strong understanding of USFDA / EU-GMP or other regulated-market requirements will be an advantage Ideal Candidate A seasoned pharmaceutical manufacturing leader with proven expertise in managing Injectables facilities, driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering business and manufacturing targets.
