Job Description : Commercial Director – Middle East I’m currently partnering with a leading international business in the building materials & interior solutions sector to identify a senior commercial leader for their Middle East operations. The role will be responsible for driving regional growth, P&L performance, commercial strategy and overall market development and would suit a commercially driven leader who enjoys building markets, developing teams and taking ownership of regional growth. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead the Middle East business strategy and drive revenue & profitability growth ?Own P&L and overall commercial performance ?Develop market entry and expansion strategies ?Build and manage relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders ?Represent the business with government authorities and industry partners ?Oversee local operations, infrastructure and compliance ?Build, develop and lead a high-performing local team ?Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and business performance ?Work closely with regional/global leadership to execute growth plans What we’re looking for: ?Proven senior-level commercial / business leadership experience in the Middle East ?Strong track record in sales, business development and P&L management ?Experience managing and developing teams ?Strong network across relevant channels such as distributors, consultants and contractors ?Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills ?Strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory environments
