Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR SINGAPORE is in the tech start-up space within the APAC region. As their presence has grown rapidly the last few years, they're seeking for a Finance leader to champion objective and insightful analysis on key drivers of business models and to identify opportunities for ongoing growth plans. You are responsible for the management of Finance, M&A, Regulatory, Investor Relations teams and lead fund-raising activities. As business is in the growth mode, the Finance Director will build and manage end-to-end financial processes and operations, take on a team managerial role and seek out for further funding opportunities. The key responsibilities include corporate finance initiatives and business strategy where you get to spearhead fundraising opportunities, M&A activities, high involvement in investor relation work and business partner across all country leaders and executive leadership team Master's Degree/ Degree qualifications & CA/CPA qualified with at least 10 or more years of commercial experience. You have good finance leadership experience; preferably with start-ups and proven fundraising experience. Success or exposure working on Series B/C/D startups and fund raising will be highly beneficial. You have successfully managed relationships with senior external stakeholders (e.g. investors, bankers, government agencies) and have the ability to influence and communicate finance concepts to diverse business partners across the region. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think on your feet are good traits for this position.
