Job Description : SENIOR FC DUBAI UAE Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports. Manage a team of 10+ Look after multi entity and group consolidation. Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards. Monitor and enhance internal controls and financial policies. Support decision-making with financial insights and data analysis. Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes. Manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Controller should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Multi entity and territory experience Experience managing large teams Experience in Africa is a MUST Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous. Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations. Proven experience in managing financial operations within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Effective leadership and communication abilities.
