Regional Internal; Audit Manager

Job Description : REGIONAL INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER SINGAPORE FOR PHARMA A global leader within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sector with an extensive footprints across Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific markets. This is an opportunity arising from internal mobility and they are seeking for a high calibre Internal Audit Manager to join the Asia-Pacific audit team. Job Description Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will plan and lead audit engagements alongside with indirect reports on a project basis. Your role will oversee end-to-end process including planning, executing and reporting across financial, operations, R&D and M&A audit. You will be responsible for the review of SOPs, process flows and policies to identify any process gaps. You will undertake data analysis/software in your audit methodology and investigate root cause of audit findings. This person will also take on adhoc projects in providing inputs on best practices across different markets, streamlining of testing processes and conduct training for team mates/stakeholders in the region. Ideally, you should be degree qualified with >10 years of working experience in Big 4 and/or commercial Internal Audit/Controls role in a complex Multinational company. You should be articulate with strong communication and stakeholders engagement skills. You have a good understanding on internal audit and controls framework, and able to thrive well in an individual contributor role. You are open-minded and sensitive about different cultural behaviours. Ability to travel for projects will be ideal with the lifting of travel restrictions in future.
