FMCG PLANT HEAD

Job Description : FMCG PLANT HEAD HUYANA Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics. Ensure achievement of production targets, cost efficiency, and operational KPIs. Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives for enhanced productivity. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and supervisors. Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor plant performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with company objectives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline. 10–15 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing operations, preferably in atta, spices, or pulses. Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety compliance. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive operational excellence and deliver business results.
