Role Desciption: Role Summary Lead end-to-end logistics strategy across freight, warehousing, and distribution. Own cost optimization, vendor management, automation initiatives, and PAN-level logistics execution. Key Responsibilities Freight negotiations, contracts, rate standardization, and reconciliations Transporter onboarding and capacity planning Warehouse sourcing, rentals, renewals, and new setup execution Freight audits, POD compliance, MIS reporting, and cost analysis DC budgets, logistics cost provisioning, Capex & compliance coordination SOP creation, ERP-driven controls, and logistics digitalization Lead logistics teams and drive operational excellence at scale Qualifications: Eligibility Graduate / Postgraduate preferred 10-15 years in logistics & transportation (3PL/4PL) 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (regional / PAN operations) Strong negotiation, analytics, ERP (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), TMS exposure
