Job Description Reporting to the COO you will be responsible to: Manage and optimize manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets and quality standards. Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the manufacturing unit. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve production processes and resolve technical challenges. Lead and mentor the manufacturing team to enhance performance and skill development. Prepare and manage budgets for manufacturing operations. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of manufacturing equipment and facilities. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Manufacturing should have: A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
