Job Description : Senior Accountant – Head of Finance & Accounting | Ghana We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant / Finance Head to lead the Finance & Accounting function of an industrial/manufacturing company in Ghana. ???? KEY REQUIREMENT: ODOO ERP EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY Candidates must have practical, hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, particularly across: • Accounting & Finance • Inventory • Manufacturing / Production • Costing & Reporting Requirements: ? ACCA / CIMA / CPA / ICAG – Qualified or strong finalist ? 8–10+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience ? Manufacturing / industrial experience preferred ? Strong IFRS knowledge ? Ghana tax & statutory compliance exposure ? Team leadership and financial reporting experience ? Willingness to work on-site in Ghana
