Job Description : COMMERCIAL MAANGER GHNAA 10-15 years experience He will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and subcontractors, managing project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring all work is completed to industry and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules. Establish project milestones and deadlines. Coordinate pre-construction meetings and define scope of work. Budget Management Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Monitor expenditures and ensure project stays within budget. Approve invoices and change orders. Team Coordination Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, architects, subcontractors, and laborers. Assign responsibilities and oversee daily operations on-site. Foster communication between all stakeholders. Quality & Compliance Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety. Resolve issues or delays in a timely manner. Reporting Prepare regular progress reports for clients and senior management. Update risk management and contingency plans as needed. Client Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Maintain professional relationships and manage client expectations.
