Job Description : CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER – SECURITY & ADMINISTRATION We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Security Officer (Security & Administration) to join a reputed large manufacturing organisation in Southern Africa ???? Experience: 18+ Years ???? Industry: Large Manufacturing Organisation Key Responsibilities: • Overall responsibility for plant security and administration • Develop and implement comprehensive security systems and protocols • Manage security personnel, access control, surveillance and emergency response • Ensure safety and security of employees, assets, premises and critical infrastructure • Coordinate with police, local administration and government authorities • Handle security audits, risk assessment and crisis management • Lead a large security team with strong discipline and operational control • Manage administration-related activities and support plant operations Candidate Profile: ? 18+ years of relevant experience in large manufacturing companies / industrial plants ? Strong leadership and team management skills ? Excellent knowledge of industrial security, risk management and administration ? Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills ? Experience in handling large security teams and critical situations
