Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE DIRECTOR ???? Location: UAE ???? Department: Finance & Accounts ???? Reporting To: CFO ???? Industry: Manufacturing / Agri-Commodity / Food / FMCG KEY REQUIREMENTS ? CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA – MANDATORY ?15+years of finance & accounting experience ? Minimum 5 years as Finance Director / Financial Controller / Head of Finance ? Manufacturing / Agri-Commodity / Food Industry experience – MUST ? Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax ? SAP Business One / ERP Governance experience – MUST ? Strong expertise in closing, MIS, budgeting, costing & financial reporting ? Experience in working capital, treasury, audit & compliance ? Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead monthly, quarterly & annual financial closing • Ensure accurate accounting, inventory valuation & cost allocation • Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning • Prepare MIS, Board reports, KPIs and financial analysis • Monitor cash flow, working capital and treasury activities • Oversee UAE VAT & Corporate Tax compliance • Coordinate statutory audits and manage auditor requirements • Monitor product costing, margins, yield, wastage & overheads • Strengthen ERP/SAP controls, finance SOPs and internal controls
