Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR | DUBAI, UAE Director of Finance, Performance & Transformation Looking for an experienced Finance Director to lead Finance & Accounting and build the governance, insights, and infrastructure required to support the company’s next stage of growth. This is a broad senior leadership mandate covering financial strategy, business performance, governance, commercial decision-making, and finance transformation. ???? Key Areas of Responsibility Lead Finance & Accounting strategy and operations. Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A. Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance. Oversee working capital and cash-flow management. Provide financial insight to support strategic business decisions. Lead analysis of manufacturing economics and cost performance. Provide oversight of procurement and cost management. Support and lead commercial negotiations from a financial perspective. Drive finance transformation, process improvement, and infrastructure development. Build scalable finance systems and governance frameworks to support future growth. ????
