Job Description : Project Director – Civil (Site Execution) ???? Location: UAE ???? Experience: 25–30 Years We are looking for an experienced Project Director – Civil (Site Execution) with strong experience in RTA projects and large-scale infrastructure/road projects. ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage overall civil site execution activities. Oversee construction activities and ensure timely project execution. Manage project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, and key milestones. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with relevant authorities and project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with RTA requirements, standards, and procedures. Provide leadership and direction to the project execution team. ???? Key Requirements: 25–30 years of overall experience in Civil Construction / Site Execution. Strong experience in RTA projects in UAE Experience in large-scale road and infrastructure projects. Proven experience in Project Leadership and Site Execution. Candidate should be suitable for RTA Bio-Data Approval. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
