Job Description : Head of Operations – FMCG business – Glasgow, Scotland - Up to £80k plus benefits Open to International candidates leading FMCG business, covering both retail and ecommerce. multiple areas in this business with a strong sales track history, a loyal team and a strong company culture. We are looking for an exceptional Head of Operations to join a leading and fast-paced FMCG business in Glasgow. This is a pivotal role for an experienced operational leader who can take ownership of a complex, high-volume operation and build the structure, processes and capabilities needed to support the next stage of growth. With almost 1,000 customer orders processed every day, this is an environment where pace, accuracy, efficiency and operational discipline matter. We are looking for someone who doesn't simply manage the operation as it stands today, but someone who can challenge how things are done, implement change and materially improve the way the business functions.
