Job Description : Retail Operations | Leading Jewellery Company |CARIBBEAN We're mandated on a national leadership search for Retail Operations, with a leading jewellery company This is a P&L role of ~INR 5,000 Cr, reporting directly to the COO, with end-to-end ownership of retail sales and operations — revenue, margin, store performance, and team leadership across the network. What we're looking for: ???? Strong background in the jewellery industry ???? Prior experience handling a minimum of INR 3,000 Cr revenue ???? A proven track record of driving P&L ownership, sales delivery, and team leadership at scale ???? Comfortable operating at a national level, balancing strategic oversight with on-ground execution
