HR DIRECTOR

Job Description : HR DIRECTOR DUBAI UAE Kids First Group (KFG) is a leading early years education and childcare group operating across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha. Established in 2011, KFG has grown to 36 nurseries, supported by a strong team of education and support professionals.Our focus is on creating high-quality, nurturing and inspiring environments where children can learn, develop and thrive, with educational approaches including British EYFS, Montessori and Reggio Emilia. About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead the Group HR function and support KFG’s continued growth.The HR Director will shape and deliver the Group’s people strategy while overseeing the full HR lifecycle. Key Responsibilities• Lead and implement the Group HR strategy• Provide strategic HR guidance to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning• Drive employee engagement, culture and wellbeing• Oversee performance management, learning, development and succession planning• Lead employee relations and complex people matters• Oversee compensation, benefits and reward strategies• Ensure compliance with Labour Law, MOHRE and regulatory requirements• Lead Emiratisation initiatives and requirements• Drive HR transformation, process improvement and HR technology• Use HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field• CIPD, SHRM or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership experience• Strong experience leading HR strategy and HR teams within a sizeable organisation or group• Broad experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, L&D, C&B and workforce planning• Strong knowledge of Labour Law, MOHRE requirements and HR compliance• Experience in education, childcare or other multi-site/service environments is an advantage• Proven experience partnering with CEOs and senior leadership teams The Ideal CandidateA strategic, people-focused and commercially minded HR leader with strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage complex people matters while building a positive and high-performing culture.
