Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER – PLASTIC MANUFACTURING KENYA ???? Location: Africa ???? Industry: Plastic Manufacturing – HDPE / PVC Pipes & Fittings Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall plant/manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence • Manage P&L, budgeting, cost optimization and profitability • Lead greenfield/brownfield projects and plant expansion • Drive production efficiency, quality, safety and resource optimization • Manage technical, production, maintenance and support functions • Support techno-commercial activities, market expansion and business growth Ideal Candidate: • 15+ years of experience in plastic manufacturing • Strong experience in HDPE/PVC pipes & fittings / plastic extrusion • Exposure to Production + Techno-Commercial functions preferred • Minimum 5 years of P&L management experience • Strong greenfield project execution experience • Engineering degree mandatory; MBA preferred • International/Africa experience preferred • English mandatory; French is an advantage
