What we’re looking for: • Proven experience handling the complete finance function of an ?800–1,000 Cr+ organization as a CFO or Head - Finance • Strong expertise across Finance, FP&A, Fund raising, Treasury & Compliance, Investor Relations. • Proven experience in Working Capital, Inventory, Supply Chain & Logistics Finance • Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4 HANA and finance transformation initiatives • Experience in M&A, IPO readiness • Strong focus on financial controls, governance, risk management & process excellence • Strong understanding of Business & Operations Finance in a manufacturing environment • Ability to translate financial insights into strategic business decisions
