Experience: Africa Experience – Compulsory About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Cameroon. The ideal candidate will partner with business and operational leaders to drive effective HR strategies, strengthen employee engagement, support workforce planning, and ensure smooth HR operations within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and plant management to align HR strategies with business objectives. Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Drive employee engagement, training, learning, and development initiatives. Manage performance appraisal systems and succession planning. Support compensation, benefits, and employee welfare activities. Handle employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture. Maintain HR MIS, reports, and workforce analytics. Collaborate with management to improve productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Candidate Requirements ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ? Relevant experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, Plant HR Manager, or HR Head. ? Experience in any manufacturing sector is preferred. ? Africa experience is compulsory. ? French language proficiency is mandatory. ? Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and labor compliance. ? Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills. ?
