Job Description : Head of Finance AMLI ???? Qualification: Chartered Accountant – CA ???? Salary: USD 4,000 per month Net ???? Age Limit: Maximum 50 years ???? Status: Bachelor accommodation initially; family status after 6 months ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead overall Finance & Accounts function • Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting • Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital • Lead treasury and banking relationships • Strengthen financial controls and governance • Oversee management and statutory reporting • Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to management • Support business planning and profitability improvement • Monitor costs, margins and operational performance • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closure • Manage compliance, audit and financial risk • Optimize funding, banking facilities and cash utilization • Build and mentor the finance team • Partner with senior management on financial strategy and decision-making ? CANDIDATE PROFILE • Qualified Chartered Accountant – CA • 12–15 years of progressive Finance experience • Strong leadership experience in Finance & Accounts • Proven expertise in FP&A, Treasury, Cash Flow and Banking • Strong financial strategy and business-partnering capability • Excellent analytical and management-reporting skills • Strong internal-control and governance orientation • Experience in Africa / emerging markets will be an advantage • Ability to operate independently in a senior leadership role • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills ????
