Job Description : BVP PHARMA OPERATIONS DENAMRK Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Operations to lead end-to-end manufacturing and operational activities for a pharmaceutical excipient manufacturing business. The candidate should have strong expertise in API / Pharmaceutical Excipient / Specialty Chemical manufacturing, plant operations, new block setup, capacity planning, equipment mapping, new product introduction, regulatory compliance, and project management. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Lead manufacturing operations across production blocks ? Drive production, productivity, plant utilization & operational efficiency ? Plan new manufacturing blocks, capacities and equipment mapping ? Lead new product introduction and manufacturing setup ? Oversee production planning, inventory & supply chain coordination ? Lead CAPEX, expansion and modernization projects ? Oversee engineering, utilities, maintenance & equipment reliability ? Ensure GMP, IPEC, ISO, USFDA and customer compliance ? Support regulatory inspections, audits and customer visits ? Drive EHS, sustainability and energy optimization initiatives ? Lead cross-functional teams and operational excellence ???? IDEAL CANDIDATE Candidates with 20+ years of experience in API manufacturing, pharmaceutical excipients, specialty chemicals or pharma manufacturing, including 5+ years in a senior operations leadership position, are preferred.
