Job Description Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for: · Managing PAN India transport operations. · Managing regional teams to drive strategic outcomes. · Ensure high performance on key metrics such as cost, and speed. · Lend strategic know-how and inputs to influence the future direction of the business. · Work closely with cross functional teams to derive optimum performance and output. The Successful Applicant In order to apply successfully for this role, you will have: · At least 15 years of experience in the logistics and transportation sector. · A strong track record of successfully driving operations at scale. · The ability to work closely with cross functional teams, and multiple stakeholders. · A customer-centric approach to solving problems. · Excellent leadership and communication skills.
