Deputy Operations Manager

Job Description : Deputy Operations Manager Location: Kuwait Department: Retail Sales Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Deputy Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our three retail stores located across different malls. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all locations, supporting Store Managers and their teams, maintaining consistent brand standards, driving sales performance, controlling operating costs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong multi-store leadership background, excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple locations effectively. Key Responsibilities · Monitor store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock management, and overall operational compliance. · Coordinate with mall management when required and ensure compliance with mall regulations and requirements. · Monitor sales performance across all three stores against targets and budgets. · Work closely with Store Managers to develop and implement action plans for underperforming locations · Ensure proper procedures are followed for stock receiving, transfers, returns, and inventory counts. · Support the Store Managers in handling escalated customer complaints professionally. · Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management. · Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to resolve recurring issues. · Minimize stock discrepancies, losses, damages, and wastage. Candidate Profile: · Requirement open to all nationals. · 15+ years of experience in retail operations, with previous multi-store management experience strongly preferred. · Strong understanding of retail sales, inventory, staffing, customer service, and operational procedures. · Valid driver's license and access to transportation may be required depending on store locations.
