Job Description : Operations Director – Power Generation | UAE We are currently supporting a leading energy business in the search for an Operations Director to oversee the operational performance of a diverse portfolio of renewable and thermal power assets across the UAE. As an operations director you will be responsible for Overseeing operations across multiple renewable and thermal power assets. Driving operational excellence, reliability, availability and plant performance. Leading O&M teams and ensuring effective resource and succession planning. Managing operational budgets, KPIs and performance improvement initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, owners, EPC contractors and service providers Requirements • 15+ years of experience within the power generation sector • Strong leadership experience managing multiple power assets • Experience across renewable and/or thermal power generation • Proven track record in operations, O&M and asset performance • Strong commercial and stakeholder management capabilities • Engineering degree with extensive GCC/UAE experience preferred
