Sales Head

Job Description : Sales Head – East Africa | Uganda We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and grow our business across the East African region, based in Uganda. Preferred Industry Background: FMCG Consumer Durables Home Furnishing Furniture / Home Products Key Responsibilities: Lead sales and business development across the East African region. Manage and drive a regional sales team. Handle both retail and wholesale business. Develop dealer/distributor networks and strengthen market presence. Achieve sales targets and manage the regional sales budget. Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and key business partners. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in retail & wholesale sales. Experience in FMCG, consumer durables, home furnishing, furniture, or related industries preferred. Strong team management and business development skills. Experience working in East African markets will be an advantage. Willing to relocate/be based in Uganda. Gujarati candidates preferred. ????
