Job Description : Plant Manager (Corrugated Packaging & Offset Printing) KENYA We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Plant Manager to take complete ownership of our manufacturing operations. If you bring deep technical expertise in semi-automatic corrugated box manufacturing and offset printing, we want to hear from you. As the Plant Manager, you will lead end-to-end plant operations, optimize production processes, and manage team performance to drive efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Plant Operations: Lead and oversee daily manufacturing activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations. Production & Despatch Reporting: Prepare and monitor daily execution reports tracking order fulfillment, wastage, and timely despatches. Costing & Estimations: Leverage deep technical knowledge of materials, processes, and overheads to manage accurate product costing and cost control initiatives. Workforce Management & Hiring: Take full responsibility for recruiting, training, and managing skilled machine operators and factory labor. Process Optimization: Implement quality control measures and minimize downtimes across both corrugation and offset printing lines. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Industry Expertise: Proven track record and technical mastery in semi-automatic corrugated box manufacturing. Printing Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of offset printing processes and quality parameters. Leadership: Self-driven leader capable of independently managing plant staff, labor relations, and operational bottlenecks. Financial Acumen: Solid background in manufacturing unit economics, material costing, and operational budgeting.
