Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR DRC FOR AGRI BUSINESS Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of 30 sales representatives and sales promoters selling into the open market to a base of 2000 customers -Manage wholesale customers -Daily sales intelligence reports/analysis -Daily call report analysis -Relationship building with all customers -Team development of all sales staff/sales training etc. Desired Candidate Profile -French or Swahili language skills a must -Minimum 10 years experience in sales / preferably in the FMCG industry -Africa trade experience -Willing to relocate to Lubumbashi DRC
