HR L&D Manager

Job Description : HR L&D Manager Location: Gabon, Central Africa Industry: Any Manufacturing Industry Africa Experience: Compulsory. Language: French-speaking is compulsory. We are looking for an experienced HR L&D Manager to lead learning and development initiatives, strengthen employee capabilities, and support organizational growth within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify training needs through skill-gap analysis and performance evaluations. Design and coordinate training programs for employees, supervisors, and managers. Develop leadership development and succession-planning initiatives. Drive employee engagement, talent development, and career-growth programs. Evaluate training effectiveness and track learning KPIs. Collaborate with department heads to identify organizational development requirements. Support performance management, competency mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a strong learning culture across the organization. Ensure training practices align with company policies and operational requirements. Requirements Experience: Relevant experience in Learning & Development / HR, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Industry: Experience in any manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of training, talent development, leadership development, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
