Job Description : President – Biologics UK Open to International candidates Position Overview We are looking for an accomplished President – Biologics to lead the Biologics business of a reputed pharmaceutical company. The candidate should have extensive experience in Biologics, business strategy, operations, commercial growth, and P&L management. Key Requirements PhD in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Toxicology with an MBA. 25+ years of experience in the Biologics industry. Experience with reputed pharmaceutical companies only. Last 5 years as Head of Biologics / Biological Division or equivalent senior leadership role. Proven track record of end-to-end P&L ownership and business management. Strong expertise in Biologics strategy, R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial operations. Demonstrated success in business growth, scaling, revenue generation, and profitability improvement. Experience leading large, cross-functional teams at a senior executive level. Strong understanding of global Biologics markets and industry trends. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Biologics division. Own the division’s P&L, revenue, profitability, and overall business performance. Develop and execute the Biologics business strategy and growth roadmap. Identify new markets, business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues. Drive business transformation, operational excellence, innovation, and cost optimization. Lead and align R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Commercial functions. Build a high-performance leadership team and develop future business leaders. Represent the Biologics business with key customers, partners, investors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and corporate governance standards. Work closely with the CEO/Board on strategic business decisions and organisational priorities. Candidate Profile Senior Biologics business leader with 25+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years heading a Biologics division with P&L responsibility, and a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
