Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : Chief Financial Officer Location: Dubai I’m currently working on an exciting mandate to appoint a Chief Financial Officer for a major international, project-led organisation headquartered in the UAE. This is a senior executive leadership opportunity with responsibility for the financial strategy, governance and performance of a complex, multi-entity business operating across the Middle East, UK, and Asia. Reporting at the highest level of the organisation, the CFO will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and wider executive leadership team, helping shape the next phase of international growth, transformation and value creation. The role will have broad responsibility across: Global financial strategy, planning and performance. Multi-country consolidation, reporting and IFRS governance. Treasury, liquidity, cash flow, FX and capital structure. Commercial finance, pricing and major project evaluation. Working capital and operational performance. Board-level reporting and strategic decision support. M&A, due diligence, joint ventures and integration. Risk management, controls and regulatory compliance. Finance transformation, automation, AI-enabled forecasting and business intelligence. Leadership and development of an international finance organisation. I’m looking to engage with accomplished finance leaders who have managed broad financial responsibilities across diversified, multinational organisations. Candidates with experience supporting complex operations, significant projects and multiple legal entities would be of particular interest. Candidates should bring a strong combination of strategic finance leadership and commercial capability, alongside a proven track record across treasury, cash management, governance and international operations. M&A, JV and integration experience would be particularly valuable. A recognised professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA is required.
