HEAD OF POWER PLANT

Job Description : HEAD OF POWER PLANT GCC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Power Plant to lead overall power generation operations and ensure safe, reliable, efficient and cost-effective plant performance. ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead overall Power Plant Operations & Maintenance. • Oversee Boiler, Turbine, Generator, Electrical & Instrumentation Systems. • Drive plant efficiency, reliability, availability and energy optimization. • Monitor power generation, fuel consumption, heat rate and operational KPIs. • Lead preventive/corrective maintenance and breakdown management. • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, SOPs and statutory requirements. • Manage technical teams and coordinate with Production & Maintenance departments. • Drive cost reduction, performance improvement and operational excellence. ???? REQUIREMENTS • BE / BSc Engineering – Mechanical / Electrical / relevant discipline. • 18+ years of relevant Power Plant / Captive Power / Industrial Utilities experience. • Strong leadership experience in Boiler, Turbine & Power Generation Operations. • Excellent technical, analytical and team-management skills.
