Job Description : CEO BRISBANE AUSTRALIA Open to International candidates with 25+ years experience Brisbane-based opportunities to lead a fourth-generation family business through its next phase of growth, professionalisation and multi-generational stewardship, don’t arise every day. My client is a manufacturer and distributor servicing markets across the commercial, industrial, construction and hospitality sectors. It manufactures both proprietary and licensed international brands, alongside distributing a portfolio of complementary imported products. Committed to continuing to invest in innovation, operational excellence and strategic growth, the shareholders have recognised the need to strengthen governance structures in preparation for recruitment of the company’s first external CEO. To that end, two independent non-executive directors have recently joined the Board, one as Chair. If you are a proven leader who has successfully led substantial manufacturing organisations, and can point to roles in family businesses in which you have engaged deeply with the shareholders, I would love to talk.
