: Group Finance Manager

Job Description : : Group Finance Manager ???? Dubai, UAE | Full-time We’re looking for a hands-on finance leader to oversee finance across our businesses in distribution, retail, hospitality and car rental. This role suits someone ready to take broader responsibility, build a strong finance team and grow towards a CFO position as the group develops. Key responsibilities: - Lead the accounting team and deliver accurate monthly reports for each business and the group. - Manage cash flow, budgets, forecasts, receivables and financial controls. - Monitor inventory, costs and profitability across our activities. - Coordinate tax compliance and external audits. - Support the owner with financial analysis for business and investment decisions. What we’re looking for: - Ideally 8–12 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE. - Experience leading a team and managing finances across multiple entities. - Strong experience in trading, distribution or retail; hospitality experience is a plus. - Practical knowledge of UAE taxation, financial reporting and accounting systems. - ACCA, CA, CPA or CMA qualification preferred. - Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus. You should be comfortable working closely with the owner, taking responsibility and turning financial data into clear recommendations.
