Job Description : Deputy CFO Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE Salary: Competitive, depending on qualifications and experience We are looking for a Deputy CFO to join our team in Dubai. Fluency in Russian & English MANDATORY! We are seeking a highly responsible, reliable, and systematic finance professional who can be trusted to manage and control financial processes, identify issues, solve problems, and ensure that operations run efficiently and correctly. Key Responsibilities: - Support the CFO in managing the company’s financial operations - Organize, structure, and improve financial and accounting processes - Monitor and review existing processes and ensure they are followed correctly - Identify problems, gaps, or inefficiencies and take corrective action - Resolve issues when processes do not work as expected - Develop and implement effective procedures and internal controls - Coordinate with accounting, finance, banking, and other departments - Ensure accuracy, proper control, and timely completion of financial tasks - Support management with financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making - Take ownership of assigned areas and ensure tasks are followed through to completion Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field – mandatory - Relevant professional experience in the UAE – mandatory - Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes - Fluency in Russian and English – mandatory - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to build, review, and improve processes - Systematic and structured approach to work - High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and take ownership - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to identify issues proactively and find practical solutions We Offer: - Competitive salary, depending on qualifications and experience - UAE employment visa - Medical insurance - Full-time employment in Dubai, JAFZA - Professional and stable working environment Only candidates currently based in the UAE and meeting the above requirements will be considered.
