Treasury Director,

Job Description : Treasury Director, Dubai ???????? I'm looking for a senior treasury leader to join a fast-growing, family office backed fintech in Dubai. Relocation to Dubai is supported, so this is open to candidates internationally. This is not a traditional corporate treasury role. The business moves money across fiat and stablecoin rails for cross-border payments, and this person will own liquidity, settlement and funding across both, reporting directly to the CFO. It is hands-on, and it is a build. You will set the treasury frameworks, controls and reporting as the business scales, and grow the team around you. You must have hands-on experience in digital asset treasury management. That means: - Stablecoin liquidity management and USDC and USDT flows - Fiat and crypto settlement, including on and off ramps - Wallet, custody and exchange workflows - Multi-currency treasury across entities and jurisdictions - FX and cross-border payments - Banking, PSP, EMI and exchange relationships - Reconciliations and liquidity forecasting
