Job Description : CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) Saudi Arabia | UAE | Kuwait | Full-Time | Executive Level A leading GCC organization is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, corporate finance, governance, and business transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee capital structure, cash flow, investments, and working capital. Drive financial transformation, ERP implementation, and cost optimization. Ensure IFRS, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance. Advise the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team. Lead and develop high-performing finance teams. Requirements 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience. Proven CFO/Group CFO/Finance Director experience. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred. GCC or multinational experience strongly preferred. Strong experience in corporate finance, transformation, governance, and strategic decision-making.
