Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities • Lead and establish end-to-end HR management for the new GCC • Drive HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management • Lead HR Transformation and Change Management initiatives • Build scalable HR processes, policies and frameworks from the ground up • Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives • Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders • Manage HR requirements across both Indian and US markets Ideal Profile We are looking for an experienced HR leader with strong exposure to: ?
