Job Description : General Manager - Plantation Accounts ZAMBIA K Experience 18+ Years Education CA/ACCA/ CIMA / ZICA Job Location Lusaka Reporting To CEO Indian expatriates preferred (Frequent travel involved to the Plantation) JOB DESCRIPTION • Oversee and manage the plantation accounts and financial operations. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the plantation business. • Manage budgeting, cost control and cash flow. · Work with plantation and corporate teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. •Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions. KEY REQUIREMENTS 18+ years of relevant experience in plantation / agricultural accounting or finance. CA/ACCA/CIMA/ZICA qualified. ? Strong knowledge of financial • reporting, taxation and compliance.
