Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER | RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA An exciting executive opportunity is available with a leading industrial and infrastructure organization seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Saudi Arabia business. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for business operations, P&L performance, strategic growth, and market development. POSITION General Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Work Model: Executive office-based, with regular travel across Saudi Arabia as required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the complete Saudi business unit, including operations, commercial performance, finance, and workforce strategy • Drive revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction • Work closely with the Group CEO, Board, functional executives, clients, and strategic partners • Deliver measurable improvements in P&L performance and market position • Establish annual strategic and financial objectives • Build and strengthen the local leadership and management structure • Expand market presence and develop long-term customer relationships REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • 15+ years of experience in general management, operations, or commercial leadership • Strong expertise in P&L management, business strategy, operational excellence, and market development • Proven experience managing large business units and delivering sustainable business growth • Strong commercial judgment, leadership, and negotiation capabilities IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE • Previous experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, Business Unit Director, or equivalent • Strong track record with full P&L responsibility • Saudi or GCC market experience strongly preferred • Experience within industrial, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, or construction environments is advantageous WHAT'S ON OFFER • SAR 65,000–90,000 per month, depending on experience and business scope • Performance-based executive bonus • Executive benefits package • Career growth within a high-impact organization • Opportunity to work with a leading industrial and infrastructure brand • Full P&L and strategic leadership responsibility
